Delta has just announced routes to Honolulu and Maui.

Are you planning to travel to the Hawaiian Islands from Honolulu or Maui but don’t know which Airline would be your priority? You must choose Delta Airlines as they announced flights to some of the new locations. 

Delta said on Friday that it will launch a new seasonal service from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) on November 21, 2024, and run through April 30, 2025, according to Travel & Leisure. With this new route, direct flights to Honolulu will be available from every hub site.

“As Delta has refined its domestic footprint over the past decade, it is strengthening its roots in its well-positioned U.S. hubs to meet increased demand,” Delta’s Senior Vice President of Network Planning, Joe Esposito, said in a statement shared with T+L. 

Delta says that all Hawaii routes will be available on February 17, 2024. 

Since COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, Hawaii has seen a surge in tourism. In 2023, Hawaii welcomed over 9.6 million visitors, up 4.4 per cent from 2022. The islands of Hawaii are known for their beaches, hiking, and resorts. The islands are also a top vacation spot for families with kids. 

Also, announced a new flight route between Miami, FL and Seattle, WA, starting December 21. Previously, the Airline announced new routes to Barbados, Puerto Plata and Mazatlán.

Airports recorded some of the busiest travel days ever in 2023 as passengers returned to the skies in record numbers.
